  • The word ‘carnival’ itself brings forth tremendous excitement in the hearts of kids and adults alike. The word spells enjoyment and an occasion of fun with friends and family. The most awaited event of the whole Nimar region and Himalaya International School , Dhamnod ,"HIM-CARNIVAL 2020" finally concluded in the month of fabulous springs on 2nd February 2020. 02022020 palindrome number. This Carnival was not an ordinary carnival but it is full of colour and joy, fun and excitement, thrill and adventure, gifts and prizes, dance and drama, food and fervor. The program begins by taking the blessings of goddess Saraswati and by kindling the lamp of knowledge in the gracious presence of Honorable directors Mr. Sunil Dora, Mr. Suresh Betala, Mr. Arpit Patodi, Mr. Sushil Kotwale and Principal Mr. Hariom. Melodious orchestra has cherished the mood of audience with rhythm. Students have exhibited their wonderful coordination and formations with fun packed and thrilling dance performances. Rajasthani folk dance (class III) , Qawwali (class III-V), Kalbelia (Class V), Punjabi beats(Class VIII) and Chogada (Class IX) scattered colours of various regions on stage, while performance like Nachnede sare-Shankara(Class VI), Bollywood fusion (Class VII), Punjabi Hip Hop (Class VIII), Sultan (Hostel Junior) have rocked the stage with Bollywood and western dance forms, Lazy dance boys of class VIII and Lilliput dance by senior hostelers busted the audience loud laughter. A lots of activities were organized for parents like Ramp – Walk and Fashion-Walk, Family dance, under the category, Dad and Son, Mom & me, Grandparents with grandchildren, Cultural walk and Family dhamaka, parents have participated enthusiastically in these activities and enjoyed a lot. A lot of fun filled games were played with the great audiences and the winners were rewarded with the Gifts. A lot of thrilling activities were conducted during the Carnival like ATV ride, Bull ride, Melt down, Sumo suit, Segway etc. but the core of attraction was Hot air balloon. One more attraction of the Carnival was the lucky Matka in which parents have dropped their lucky draw coupons , first prize of lucky draw Rs. 11,000 won by Harshal Soni, second prize of lucky draw Rs.5,100 won by Mast. Manas Rawka Class IX-B, Third prize of lucky draw Rs.3,100 won by Parth Nigole class UKG (Marigold).
